Next day delivery on contact lenses
When will I receive my order?
Place your order by 11.45pm between Monday to Friday and if your lenses are in stock you’ll receive them the next day as standard. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (until 1pm on Sunday) will be delivered on Monday.
If you haven’t received your UK order within 3 working days please get in touch with customer services on [email protected] or even via live chat. Our customer service team are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What if I’m not home?
Eye Love Vue usually use packages that can fit through letterboxes, so you don’t need to wait around for your delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
You’ll get FREE next day delivery and a tracked service on all orders £99 and over – perfect for making a bigger saving and that extra peace of mind. For any orders less than £99, delivery costs £2.98 for next day service.
When will my order be dispatched?
We post the orders once all of the products are ready to dispatch. We do not split orders and aim to get your full order to you in one delivery.

Outside the EU
If you live outside of the EU your order will need to clear customs. There may also be additional charges for duty and taxes which are not our responsibility and therefore not included in our pricing.
Ordering from Spain
*Deliveries to the Spanish mainland arrive in just 24 hours when orders are placed by 4pm CEST. However, if you are placing an order from the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla delivery will take up to 5 days.
Ordering from the USA

My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to the UK or Ireland, for everywhere else in the world allow up to 7 working days. If you have not received your order in this time we recommend that you contact our customer service team via chat or email us at [email protected]
